1. Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of delivery if:  
  • The gemstone is unused, in original packaging, with all certificates.  
  •  Custom/sale items (e.g., engraved pieces) are final sale.  

2. Return Process 

1. Contact Us: Email: info@gemsinternationalauctions.com with:  

  •    Order number.  
  •    Photos/videos of the issue (for damage claims).  

2. Approval: We’ll email a return authorization (RMA) and address.  

3. Ship Back: Use insured tracking (return shipping is customer’s cost).  

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.  
  • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

4. Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are only offered for identical items (subject to availability).  

5. Damaged/Misrepresented Items  

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll cover return shipping if our error.
