We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your gemstone, you may return it in its original condition with all certificates and packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Economic shipping typically arrives within 14-21 business days, while Fedex, DHL, UPs shipments may take 10 days, depending on customs clearance. We ship worldwide with insured and tracked delivery to ensure your gemstone arrives safely.
